Pisang Peak Climbing Overview

Located right in the middle of the Nepalese Himalayas, the Annapurna region boasts some of Nepal’s most popular trekking and expedition routes. Pisang Peak (6091 m) is a magnificent pyramidal-shaped hiking peak in the isolated Manang area located between Mt. Manaslu and Annapurna I. Pisang Peak was first scaled during a German Expedition in 1955.

Pisang Peak, which is regarded as an easy climbing peak, offers climbers an exciting adventure through unique ecosystems, civilizations, and breathtaking vistas. Although this climb is among the easier ones in the Himalayan area, it is nevertheless strongly advised that you have a reasonable state of physical fitness and health.

During the Pisang peak expedition, you will be able to see several mountain peaks while strolling through pleasing woodland roads. The Pisang Peak expedition route is connected to the trails of globally recognized Annapurna Circuit Trek . As a result, you will likely encounter numerous trekkers and climbers along the trail. The Pisang peak climbing will let you travel across the Thorong La pass, a high pass, and stopping at Muktinath and Jomsom, two well-known towns along these roads in addition to reaching the summit.

The Annapurna region may not be home to the highest mountains in this part of the world, but it is more easily accessible than the Everest region. Nepal’s second most populous city, Pokhara (and arguably the one with the most natural beauty) is known as the Gateway to the Annapurnas. Many trekkers spend some time here before or after a trek.

Best Season for Pisang Peak Climbing

Pisang Peak can be visited at any time of year. Among the four distinct seasons:winter, monsoon, autumn, and spring, trekkers choose autumn and spring as the best times of year to visit Pisang Peak.
